All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Orders will only be processed once full payment (or confirmed cash on delivery) is received.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. Customers may request cancellations within a limited time after placing an order.
5. Delivery & Logistics
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
6. Storage & Handling
Our chocolate products are sensitive to heat and environmental conditions. Customers are responsible for proper storage upon delivery. We are not liable for damage due to improper storage after delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of damaged or incorrect items, provided proof is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Allergens & Ingredients
Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, and other allergens. Customers with allergies should review ingredients carefully before purchasing.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, and designs are the property of our brand and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
